Delivery
Delivery is arranged using specialised tilt-tray transport. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of the unit, and are quoted upfront before purchase. Lead times vary by stock availability and delivery distance — our team will confirm an estimated delivery window with you at the time of order.
Site access
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure clear, level and safe access for the delivery vehicle. Please notify us of any access restrictions before delivery. Re-delivery fees may apply where access is not suitable on the scheduled day.
