Refund & Returns Policy

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy. If a product is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

Inspection on delivery

We inspect every container before dispatch. Please inspect your container on delivery and report any concerns to us within 48 hours. Used containers are sold on a wind & watertight (WWT) basis and honest signs of prior use are expected and not considered faults.

Change of mind

As containers are large items requiring specialised transport, change-of-mind returns may incur transport and handling charges. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss any return.
